I ordered an item as a gift about 8 weeks ago in advance of a birthday. I never checked the item ( my mistake ) and discovered an issue when my wife opened it. I was doubtful of anything being rectified as I’d had ordered it in advance, but to my surprise the customer service team exceeded my expectations and have sent me a replacement item. I received a lovely warm friendly email back after reaching out to them. It felt personal and not a generated standard reply. This company is amazing and I will 100% be ordering again and recommending them to all my friends.
