For Christmas I have purchased five different items for my sons and hubby. The only one worn so far is the Jema necklance and the clasp spring has already broken (after one wear). Very disappointed in the quality. Hopefully will be sorted quickly and the rest of the items last longer than one day!

Whilst searching online for a satchel/messenger type bag as a Christmas present for my adult son, I came across Trendhim, a Company I did not know of before. After confirming to myself that this Company was indeed reputable, I easily scrolled through their website to find the bag that had initially caught my eye. There were many photos of the item in question, available in several different colours, a full description and even a video. After my purchase, I was kept regularly informed of its status and, I’m very pleased to say, it arrived just before Christmas Day, which is worth mentioning as I had left it a little late. The parcel was well packaged and the bag itself came in a nice dust jacket. The quality is excellent, a sturdy canvas with real leather buckle straps, a strong woven cross body strap and many interior pockets, some of which are zipped for extra safety. Needless to say, my son is absolutely delighted with this bag. I would highly recommend Trendhim and will most certainly be purchasing from them again…….soon.

I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I Ordered messenger bag from Trendhim because they made it look Euro crafted. BUT--"Made In PRC" label (China) right on the package. SAME bag at online mega-retailer now for $30, but I overpaid $89.99 at Trendhim. Delivery was delayed for unknown reason, I had to contact postal service to obtain. UPDATE: The seller responded to this post in a way that looks constructive, but that's all...

Such a great product range unique to the UK. I couldn't find the shirt garters I wanted except on Amazon and Trendhim, so not only was Trendhim the obvious choice for me, their product was so much more superior in quality and reasonably priced too!

Long story short, my order was despatched from Denmark promptly and arrived at Heathrow and cleared customs, Royal Mail said ‘we’ve got it’ but a week later never arrived. Emailed Trendhim and they sent a replacement the same day at no extra cost to me. I received the order within 24hours of leaving Denmark! I cannot praise Karine from Customer Service enough, replied to emails with 10/15 minutes! Based on customer service alone this is more than 5 Star ⭐, best ever company I have dealt with! Oh and the watch I ordered is absolutely fabulous in the flesh, my son is going to love this at Christmas! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G !!
