Wrong shade. Doesn't match. Returning for a refund

I enjoyed the product. The primary and cover up for it really well I also like the blush and the finishing spray. Felt really light on my face had good coverage and didn't Cake up anywhere over there might be a wrinkle like around the eyes. Matched my skin tone. The only thing I didn't like was when I chose this option I thought I signed up a try before you buy on item that was under 20.00 And by the time it was setting done I was at $53 and didn't know it until I checked my balance.

It is not the right color and very splotchy! I don’t want to keep the makeup

I do not like the product. It accentuates the lines and wrinkles on my face.

This took a very long time to receive products. It seriously took 3 weeks to receive products.

Editing my review - the supervisor called me and apologized for the poor customer service from a previous definition I was fully refunded. They said it takes 3 to 5 business days. Hopefully it will arrive. The product doesn’t work for me at least it’s not good for the combination. Skin doesn’t lay good on a skin. Maybe it will work with somebody else better . By the time I received I got sick tried it out two times and it doesn’t lay well on the skin, I didn’t like the product tried to return it but the customer service was horrible unprofessional and said I have no right to speak to a supervisor. I am leaving a 1 star review for the product and especially The route customer service that they offer.

Ask for a refund. Color and coverage was not for me. Now they tell me no refund.

The coverage on the Airbbrush Spray Silk Foundation was way too, too much. The color was too yellow. I looked like an aging mortician did my makeup.

I was told after ordering my Luminess on 10/31/24 it would arrive by 11/16/24 and today is 11/18/24 and I have not received it yet. Seems like a long time to wait for my order.

I love the color & your makeup in general. I tried each product as directed and they each did their part...love the results! The only item that didn't work well is the makeup remover. I tried it with both dry and wet cloths and it did remove the makeup somewhat, but wet makeup remover wipes work better in my opinion. I have purchase other items from your company, the handheld airbrush system is awesome. Love your products!!

I was getting a trial order and was supposed to be charged 1999 plus shipping of $5.99 and they charged me $32 I've been trying to cancel it from the moment I ordered it and I can't get a response.

I just received my order and only used it once. I need some time to give you a full review. But I love the lightness. Not sure of the color I chose and or if I used enough.

The color was Completely off! I need to send it back.
