I will be returning my order. The product has a very unpleasant smell that I can't tolerate

I have the first one that came out. I have had it now for about 5 years, could even be longer. I was in the hospital when I saw it pop up on my IPad. I just love it and with this new one, I love how it has 2 buttons for a difference in the speed. Thank you Luminess!!!

Deceitful practices. I ordered the 2 week "free" trial and thought I was just paying shipping fee. When I reviewed my bank account they also placed a $53 hold. Nowhere does site disclose this hold fee. When I called they said it's to ensure the product is paid for and they try to be as transparent as possible. I cancelled entire order.

Great product but I was supposed to get it as a trial and at a lower price if I kept it and they charged me full price!

The airbrush makeup has almost nothing in the container. Compared to the remover and the powder. I wasn't really able to see how it worked because it was almost empty.

While I appreciate the product, the shipping, the cost it just isn’t for me. I prefer/need a bit heavier coverage.

Their product is the best. I don’t like heavy makeup on my face. Luminess is so weightless that I forget I have it on.

This spray foundation is fabulous! Lightweight yet full coverage! I love it!

I love this new foundation. The primer and sealant are amazing too!!!! The brush is awesome as well… I love that you can build on the type of coverage that you want 😊😊

Never said price of the Polish after trial. Then charged me $10 more than advertised online.

The stuff is disgusting. It smells like cat urine. The nastiest thing I've ever smelled in my life. It turned my face like a yellowish brown color. I don't recommend buying this then when you call to cancel it because you tell him it's disgusting and doesn't work. They tried to force you to try another color and when you tell him you can't get past the cat urine smell, they still try and tell you to try a different color. It took me 30 minutes on the phone with these people to get them to cancel my order. They are ridiculous

I really like the way this feels and covers. It's light and doesn't feel sticky or moist after applying. Makes your skin look very evenly smoothed and toned.

It was a great experience, and I will be ordering more. What a wonderful product! I'm glad I had a chance to try it before I purchased it. Thank you Tanya Gardner
