United Kingdom | 28 May 2019ordered my bike on Thursday for Saturday delivery, they emailed explaining they couldn't achieve the Saturday delivery so would refund the delivery charge and ship for Tuesday delivery. so i took the day off work for Tuesday delivery, then on Tuesday i get an email saying its now moved to Wednesday! very frustrating, the main reason for choosing H2 gear was due to the quick turnaround listed in the checkout, they did send a £50 compensation but i still feel frustrated over the delivery

Really pleased with the bike itself, first new one for many years and a purchase i had taken some time over weighing up the model and make i wanted. Unfortunately really disappointed with the service i received from this company. I placed my order and was advised it would arrive the following Saturday. Process started to go awry the morning following placing the order when i was advised that the bike would not be delivered as planned. Somewhat disappointing. Surely if the delivery was not possible the system should not allow you to place it? However no great shakes, accepted the reasons given and was advised that the delivery cost would be refunded. Upon delivery i opened the box and was again let down by the fact that there were no pedals with my bike. Order was placed at the same time for both the bike and pedals. Surely basics. I re-contacted H2 gear 'Customer Support' and was advised that the pedals would be sent out separately that day. I was further advised the following morning that DHL had not collected the parcel but that 'with any kind of luck that will get picked up this evening'. Pretty poor service if you are depending on luck. DHL service poor and had to re-arrange delivery. Finally got the pedals 12 days after ordering them. The final answer from Rachael in customer support was that this was out of her control. So despite having the opportunity to put things right it was beyond customer support control. The gesture of good will was £1 credit, poor service. If you are considering purchasing a Giant bike go for it, if you are considering using this company over the Net think seriously before you purchase.

United Kingdom | 16 April 2019Nice bike, excellent turnaround (assembled and shipped the day after purchase), good Comms from the store. They use a reputable courier (not Yodel!!!) The instructions for the ridiculous giant seat post clamp and ridesense were a little convoluted and the front derailleur needed adjusting out of the box, assume it must have got knocked in transit.

United Kingdom | 22 March 2019Great bike fitting service with Adam at Giant St Pauls. Being at amateur at best I wasn't sure If a fitting was for me but Adam was friendly and knowledgeable. Turns out I didn't buy the wrong size bike, after the fitting it's like a glove.
