This company is fantastic! We had an issue with the parts shipped from the cooktop manufacturer. They promptly got in touch with them and got us a replacement. Great experience. We will definitely shop here again for our next appliance.

Just a quick note to give the props Zack deserves. Spoke with him first and discussed options. Called back after decision was made but he was busy - left my name and number for a call back. After a bit, I became anxious withe regards to availability of specific hood so I pulled the trigger on the web purchase on their site. Spoke with Zack later when he returned call an explained that I had felt compelled to move when and I apologized for him not getting 'the sale', if they worked on commission basis. He was completely understanding and although there had been no value in for him, offered to remain on phone and answer any questions that I might have at that point. I was impressed by his maturity and professionalism. Well done Zack. He should get a raise and the rest of the week off. I am a custom cabinet builder and will be doing more business with HOD. Great experience purchasing my new Zline stove and hood. Staff was super helpful. Truly was the lowest price online anywhere in the country, free shipping and no tax!!! Love my Zline 36 inch gas oven range! Works like the super expensive ones but much more affordable. Had a small blurp not getting the right lids for the brass burners but finally after many emails I got a phone call and it was resolved the next day. Zline had Fed Ex-ed them overnight. I highly recommend Home Outlet Direct. If it wasn't for the blurp I would have given in 5 stars. Great product!

I called and spoke to Kelly, who was very polite and courteous, and I felt went out of her way to make sure l had a pleasant buying experience. I know people are edgy because of COVID, and it’s great to run across people who want to treat you like your important to them. I also wanted to thank Brittany for her help. Swapping Ranges. Moving and Selling Home. Taking My High End 36" Wolf Range... So Had to Replace.. Much more affordable items... and look great. Ordered one.. Delayed, Delayed.. Weeks.. Not Home Direct's fault - manufacturer's (Covid related). Brittany comes in - suggests similar product. Able to sell at same price. Cancels 1st order.. From when Ordered (Fri afternoon) - delivered in 4 business days. Wow! Amazing Cust Service. Install next day - and house will be on market with new appliance on Tuesday after Labor Day Wknd. Can't say enough positives!

The only reason I give Home Outlet Direct a 3 star rating is that they pretty much lie by omission concerning returns. Since we are all now relegated to buying a lot more things online, it has become clear that shipping large bulky items is an issue since they are not packaged to ride around in a truck for 2,000 miles. I read the return policy and it basically said that if a product was damaged, takes pictures of it and email them to the company and they would repair or replace. The bill of lading on the merchandise I received told a very different story -- 20% restocking fee and ship back at my expense. Luckily my order arrived pretty much intact, but it would be nice if manufacturers would start packaging items more securely and for single shipment. It would also be nice if online retailers were up front about their return policies.

I'm not usually one to post a review, but I was so pleasantly surprised with my first experience here and thought it was worth it to praise a "smaller" business, especially during these times... I normally go to national superstores such as Home Depot or Costco but the prices here were too great to not inquire. Skeptical at first- I contacted their customer service and was pleasantly surprised to have zero wait time and be directly connected with a live-agent and NOT spend half my call pressing buttons with automated voices. Zack was very insightful and not only helped ease my initial worry of the validity of the company and the products sold... but ended up providing service and insight from start to finish of my purchase. I received my Zline 48" range within a week and I couldn't be happier with the product and my choice to veer from normal suppliers and try something new.

Item arrived damaged and dealing with this company was painful. They are in no hurry to do anything and are unfortunately just a drop shipper so they don't have any stock and have to deal with the manufacturer directly. What this means is that they can't remedy any problem themselves, they just say-wait for the manufacturer. Also, they never answer the phone! They are just a shell business that has a handful of employees to answer the phone when they are available. What a waste!
