I had originally given a negative review on here due to what I considered to be poor customer service from the brand I purchased the appliances from. (A brand purchased through HOD) Home outlet direct reached out to me and rectified the issue professionally and quickly. I originally purchased from them because of their great reviews and competitive pricing. After my latest interaction with their customer service team I feel I made the right choice.

After unboxing the microwave, we had a problem with a minor cosmetic defect in the control panel. The Home Outlet Direct team sent us a link to make a claim, and we received the new part to replace the defective part within a week. It's what you do to solve an issue that matters!

I bought a 7 piece THOR Kitchen combo from Home Outlet Direct with an additional 3 year warranty. We have had problems with just one piece, the wine refrigerator since we turned it on. As soon as we had it installed, it would not work properly. We put in a service request with THOR only to find out that there is no one in my area that could repair. Now a year later, went to the THOR warranty vendor who said they cannot find anyone in our area so I should go find someone and they would reimburse me the cost. Needless to say we were stuck with a defective appliance living in a rural area. However, HOD stepped in and made things right. They worked directly with THOR to ship us a new wine refrigerator at no cost to make it right. HOD went above and beyond to intervene on our behalf. Lesson Learned: Had I reached out to them from the start with my repair issue, they would have assisted and help resolve our repair concern in a timely manner!

I bought a mini split system from them online and we had issues with it. Finally Mr. cool and home outlet direct agreed to refund it for full price so I sent it back in and now they are refusing to give me my money they have the product and my money they will not answer the phone. They will not transfer your call. I have very poor customer service.

The customer service is the best, period. This company went waaaayyyy above the call of duty to help me. I normally wouldn’t write a review like this, but I just have to acknowledge the amazing service I received. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of and happy with their order. I will be giving them as much business as I can because of how good of an experience this was. They are responsive, professional, they FOLLOW THROUGH, they’re friendly, I could go on all night. I am so pleased to have found them. They are simply the best. You’ll agree!

We researched appliances for our home renovation for well over a year until I found Home Outlet Direct. From that point on, smooth process. We selected a fantastic Thor Package, ordered and within 3 days received communications from the company asking about our timeline and how did we want to take delivery. Appliances arrived crated and well packed. Included with the order were the specification sheets for each appliance. We gave those to the kitchen designer who incorporated into our renovation plans. Easy installation for our contractor. If I had to do it all again, I would go straight back to HOD. I have also recommended to friends and family!

The product and price is hard to beat, but the customer service and willingness to help is amazing. The customer support team, and particularly Martha, were a great help and quick to respond and offer solutions throughout the shipment and delivery process!

There was a recall on their products because of leaking issues. Just want to make sure to post my voice so that others know to be careful buying from this store. They are sell bad products to good people… its only a matter of time before this business is SHUT DOWN.

Easy and convenient store to purchase from. Received my mrcool mini split set faster than I expected. I purchased a 3 room bundle and was able to customize the line set lengths. Installed and they work great. Sales rep helped with the purchase. Thanks Brittany!

I had a wonderful experience buying a high-end range from Home Outlet Direct. The customer service was fantastic and the product shipped very quickly -- it was even more beautiful in person than advertised! I'm really happy with the price I got and would feel comfortable recommending this company to anyone interested in high end kitchen appliances.

I purchased a Zline 36" dual fuel Dura snow range with the assistance of numerous of your staff who were always kind enough to answer all my questions. This range replaced a 36" GE Cafe range which I had serviced too many time and the issues were never resolved. With that said, I can honestly say I love my new Zline range. It looks gorgeous and bakes amazingly well. So far, the only minus is that it does not accommodate a full sheet pan. But other than that, I'm fine with it.

Excellent customer service fast delivery had damage on refrigerator door they replaced with no problem and with fast delivery getting excellent comments on the Zlìne appliances would highly recommend Home outlet direct

We purchased a Thor appliance package from Home Outlet Direct. When we discovered damage to our fridge and dishwasher weeks after delivery—Home Outlet Direct was responsive and understanding, working with us every step of the way to ensure we got the correct replacements. Renovating a kitchen is stressful, Home Outlet Direct's customer service in the process was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

I posted a review on here and this company DELETED the review so I am reposting. This is a SCAM of a company and all of their reviews on here look like they’re FAKE because they are deleting ALL the negative reviews so that no one can really see what a bad business they are. I ended up buying my appliances from Lowe’s who had a better price, better service, and ACTUALLY knew about the products they were selling. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS STORE. I’M GOING TO GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREA AND LET THEM KNOW THIS COMPANY IS DELETING THEIR REVIEWS!!!
