Appliances arrived on time and in good shape. I ordered a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and hood All parts arrived in good condition and the quality of of the material is excellent. Installation was easy. Yes, this is a 5 star product. The only downside is was with the hood. I have 12 foot ceilings and chimney only reaches to 9 ft. I called Home Outlet Direct and they showed me there is an extension kit that matches the hood. The extenders that I ordered are two sliding units, and everything was solved. The product looks and works great and Home Outlet Direct met or exceeded my expectations.

Service was professional and the products ordered were received as described. My kitchen upgrade was a success.
