I cannot say enough about Keyzar, they are top notch!! My fiance got my engagement ring here and number one, it’s is stunning. The only issue was that it was a bit snug on me, but not a big issue at all. Keyzar took it back and resized it for us. They have AMAZING customer service they rush ordered fixing a stone that fell out and our wedding bands all in the same package to ensure we received them with more than enough time to our wedding. They are amazing and I am so happy we went with them.

Huge props for packaging! The box is unmarked and oversize so if someone signs for it they won't have any idea it's a ring. I was incredibly relieved my girlfriend wasn't tipped off when it was delivered. The pricing is good, the website is well designed and they use Shopify so checkout is smooth. The reason I put four stars is after you order there's no updates until the ring ships. For 3 weeks you're in limbo. I wish they would tell you that the manufacturer has your order, the diamond is being made, etc.

Amazing quality for the price. Excellent shipping time even with international shipping. Will be back for more products to mark additional like achievements and gifts.

Was able to get a ring on sale. Great sale, great price, fast delivery time. Definitely only using keyzar moving forward honestly. Super affordable. The same ring from other sites would’ve been like 10K and mine was 4K

I got engaged in April 2024 with a pave white gold band, and radiant stone. In four short months my band has already turned yellow and upon receiving my wedding band the diamonds have already changed dramatically despite weekly cleaning. So my wedding band and engagement ring are two different colours although both from Keyzar. I do love my ring but I’m disappointed in how quickly it has deteriorated. I take my ring off before I do dishes, shower, clean and maintain a weekly cleaning so I’m shocked that it’s worn this quickly. Re-dipping every four months does not seem sustainable.

Purchased “The Lindsey” in rose gold back in April of this year. Went into a jewelry store to get the ring cleaned a couple weeks ago and found out the side stones are loose. The ring has been worn for 3 months and already has side stones ready to fall out. This is disappointing. I reached out and asked about getting the ring checked out and was told it is included in the “lifetime warranty “ however you have to pay $50 each time you send it out for shipping. If I have to send my ring in every 3 months to tighten the side stones I’ll be paying $200 yearly, it doesn’t make sense to me. I asked for an exchange instead and they offered to trade in my $2100 faulty band for the credit of $850 towards a different band. This is an absurd offer that they should truly be embarrassed about. I feel taken advantage of and feel like the ring is absolutely worthless at this point. If there was a way to just return it, I would be happy. DO NOT BUY FROM KEYZAR.

Gorgeous Quality jewelry with an amazing price

The online shopping experience was simple and efficient! Love the ring so much! Only complaint is that I did email after my purchase to ask that an engraving be included. They responded that it would be included no problem, but when my ring arrived it wasn’t engraved. I still have no regrets and am extremely happy with my purchase overall!

Purchased a Penelope band with 2 carat stone. Absolutely stunning. The band is dainty but not fragile. My only regret is I should have purchased a larger stone because this one is absolutely gorgeous. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
