I was a little freaked paying a little under 3k for an engagement ring and wedding band ONLINE, but everything went extremely smoothly and the Keyzar Team kept great communication! The rings I bought were made and shipped much quicker than anticipated which is really nice! Now I just need to keep hiding them in my sock drawer for 1 more week! The boxes they came in are actually much batter quality that I thought they would be too. I thought I was going to need to buy a ring box but I don’t. The ones they came in are amazing and clean.

I️ purchased the 14k white gold Ashley setting (setting only) for my 2.9 carat emerald diamond and I️ loved It! I️ purchased the 2mm band as an added extra cost and it was the perfect width for me. I️ had no issues getting the diamond set in this setting. I️ thought the price was fair and the setting quality was great. I️ returned it once because I️ changed my mind about the width and I️ had no issues with the return process and the setting shipped quickly both times. The customer service rep was very quick to respond to any questions. The one thing I️ think should be advertised more clearly is that if you get your ring engraved you cannot return it. I️ almost made the mistake but I️ caught It quickly and emailed the customer service rep right after I️ purchased to cancel the engraving on the first purchase. They were happy to make the change when I️ reached out.

Website was great at describing how the ring would look like with the photos and how interactive it was. I was a bit skeptical at first but it came out beautiful and was shipped to me very quickly

The website is great and I haven’t gotten home to look at the ring but I’m sure it’s great. I told them to not ship my order till I requested but they sent it anyways and I had called and told them 3 different times while my ring was getting made. So when the ring shipped it was too late and no one was home to sign for it and lucky my girlfriend wasn’t home to see the package and give away the whole surprise. I ended up contacting the fedex company and they helped me out thank god.

Costumer service was excellent. I was well informed throughout the process. The setting itself was exquisite. Beautiful work. The turn around time is also quicker than expected. Gotta love that.. stress free, hassle free.
