The images are very deceiving. The actual product is super super tiny and it looks hand made as the links between the diamond are not equal on either side

My fiancé purchased a ring prior to this one but FedEx lost it and the ring company did not insure it (even thou he purchased warranty) so we had a horrible experience prior to this one. THIS COMPANY WAS AMAZING! I got a 2ct ring that we picked out together and it is breath taking and was on budget! I’m grieving my previous ring but I think this one was truly meant for me! The little diamonds on the band truly complete the ring💍 I’m so grateful I found this company.

Beyond pleased with the quality of the Twig engagement ring I purchased from Keyzar. Beautiful white gold setting and the 2.5 ct. stone is gorgeous! The ring arrived less than 3 weeks from ordering. Keyzar far exceeded my expectations, and I am so excited to surprise my girlfriend with it!

Keyzar has been absolutely amazing! It started in April of 2021 when my fiancé ordered the wrong size engagement ring, they were very quick to adjust the size! After we received the ring, it was still too big and they were very quick to resize my ring again. In the past year we have sent it to them a few times for routine maintenance and they were great every time! I have the BEAUTIFUL 3.5 carat oval Penelope engagement ring and I get SO many compliments on it! Thank you Keyzar for being amazing!

This company is NOT reputable or trustworthy. I received a ring from them, and the band was much thinner and cheaply made than it was advertised on their website. The diamonds on the sides of the band poked out very far (again this was altered in their photos to look like the diamonds were essentially engraved in the band…like most bands you would see). When I tried to return the ring or exchange for a different one, their customer service was horrible and they were very rude. It had been a little over a month and a half when I had reached out about returning the ring due to me trying to figure out if the band was just bothering me to wear because I wasn’t used to the diamonds sticking out on the side. I didn’t want to cause a hassle, but after talking to a friend who is a local jeweler, he told me to reach out being that I spent over $5k on this ring and that any reputable jeweler should be accommodating with the price I paid and the short amount of time I had the ring. My response back from customer service was basically, “it’s been over 30 days and there’s nothing we can do. Maybe try selling it.” I then tried selling this ring. I talked to numerous jewelers and appraisers in two different states that said the ring was worth incredibly less than what I paid (less than $1k) and that I got “scammed.” Fast forward to three months since I purchased the ring. I still have yet to be able to sell it. I reached back out to Keyzar and asked again if I could either exchange the ring out (even for another ring that was much less than what I purchased this ring for) or get my money back because I was not able to sell it. I explained to them what the jewelers and appraisers had told me, and that I was very frustrated. 5000 is a lot of money, and my husband is in the military. We don’t have that kind of money to throw away, so this has been extremely stressful. Customer service sent me an email back saying I could exchange the band alone but I would still have to pay for the other band at a discount. Basically- I could return my band to them, not get my money back for that band, and then purchase another band from them. Makes zero sense. I emailed them back saying that i wasn’t interested in spending more money and asked how we could resolve this problem more efficiently and fairly. I have received zero response and they have since ghosted me. I will never recommend this company to anyone and if I could even find them on Better Business Bureau, I would report them. I am still trying to find a way to legally and ethically hold them accountable so that others won’t experience what I have and be stolen from. Please do not give them any business. They need to be shut down.

The wedding band I purchased is lovely; however, it is much smaller in band width than I expected… if it were any smaller, it would be invisible! I would have expected it to be wider, especially for what I paid.
