There was a mishap with the original ring that I ordered. I was supposed to have a hidden gem (ruby) set into the band but instead when I received the engagement ring it was a diamond. Keyzar was very responsive and accommodating to remedy the issue. It was easy to work with customer service and they were very apologetic. Things happen and that's life but what set Keyzar apart was their ability to handle the circumstance with empathy and grace as well as making every effort to remedy situation quickly.

Although there were so many options and possible filters to narrow down the right choice for the jewelry, I'm very glad that I was able to find the perfect engagement ring. Talk about great customer service! I ordered a ring and once it got here I decided I wanted to change the center stone, so I called them and they helped me get it sent back and changed to what I thought I wanted. Once that ring arrived for the second time, I still didn't love what I had picked, so I got in touch with them again about changing the center stone and even within those emails changed my mind 3 times before deciding on what I wanted. They were so nice and responded to me in a timely manner. I felt like the most indecisive, pesty person but they were so easy to work with and now I'm waiting for my ring to arrive. I'm so excited to see it and I know it'll be perfect😊

We were hesitant to purchase a ring online for many reasons. We took the chance and we are not disappointed. From step 1, designing the perfect ring to the final step of delivery, the entire process was very smooth. The ring was exactly what we wanted… maybe better. Our concern was, how would Keyzar handle a potential problem? One of the small diamonds in the hidden halo fell out; we had worn the ring for 15 days (this is not a knock on the quality of their product). We contacted Keyzar, they initiated the repair, arranged shipping and next thing you knew the ring was back in New York. Just over one week later the ring was back in our hands, repaired and looking better than brand new. I’m glad we waited to make a review because every concern we had was addressed. The customer service was excellent, the process was easy. Highly recommend Keyzar. We are extremely happy with everything from design to purchase to repair.

Honestly my fiance and I looked for ages trying to find a quality ring with unique touches that would fit our budget.
