Don’t let the online store thing fool you because I Couldn’t find the perfect ring until I came across Keyzar. I proposed to my fiancé and she loves her ring. The process was easy to navigate and I was able to get the perfect ring. The communication was good from start to finish. My fiancé changed her mind about wanting a white gold ring, I reached out to keyzar and they changed it for me to yellow gold with no problem. The packaging was very nice and came in a nice box with the IGI certificate inside. Overall I’d definitely recommend Keyzar.

How fast the ring got shipped and the overall quality of the ring

This sites quality and service is everything you're worried about it being. If I could give zero stars I would. Order KZ13037 Ring appraised for less than purchase price (after falling for a 20% off deal). The clasps on the stone are not properly fitted, it catches on everything. Definitely not the value you'd need to trust an online purchase like this... What an embarrassing venture to propose and have the ring come back as a rip off. Jun 12: 1 Business day beyond their promise to contact me. Furthermore they sent me an additional feedback form about my experience. Amazing given I cant even get a response from the company. Jun 13: "We put more stock in the appraisal of our senior jeweler with decades of experience rather than an appraisal made by a 3rd party." Of course you take the biased opinion that suits your view point. Their appraiser gives whatever value suits them, and when it's debunked their only solution was return it. It's an engagement ring, walk yourself through that and what it would do the start of a marriage. Zero appreciation for the role they play in the equation.
