The ring is perfect. It took just about 2 weeks from ordering it to arrive. I got a smaller diamond size than the one shown in the images, so I was nervous to see if it would still look good in the setting. I think if they add a feature to show different diamond sizes within the settings that would have been a big help, but the ring still turned out better than I could imagine. Overall, it is flawless and exceeded my expectations. I have no doubt my future wife will love it. Thank you Keyzar!

The ring turned out so beautiful. I loved that I was able to pick out the exact stone I wanted. I had them add a hidden halo and everything was done perfectly. I was very surprised that the ring showed up in only 3 weeks! Under promise and over deliver.

Honestly surprised how fast I was able to get the ring, and everyone was very friendly who I talked to!

Just purchased an engagement ring from Keyzar and they were very prompt with responses to any questions I had after I had bought it. Also if you live in Canada like I do, know that the duties and taxes are worked into the price when you checkout online. This may have not been the case in the past but it seems like they have updated their policies!

They have been fast, so ready to accommodate, kind, helpful, just put all good words here you’d want to hear about a company that’s handling your engagement ring. Trust me, use these people.

Rapid responses to questions and very helpful as well. High-ticket item purchases online come with an understandably anxiety. They allieviated the anxiety up front. I think they will do well as long as they never lose this important ability. I will do business with them again.

Quick response and clarification of return policy. After receipt of the ring, there was a further sale of 25%, and Keyzar was willing to return the difference of 5% back to me after the fact. Can't get any better service than that.
