Great product, arrived in time frame as stated when I made the purchase.

The ring I ordered came two weeks early and was STUNNING! It fit perfectly, however, I found that a ring with a bigger center stone and wider band would look best. I reached out to Keyzar customer service very late at night and the next morning woke up to emails that answered all of my questions and concerns. I sent my ring back and I’m awaiting my new order- I cannot wait to see y new product, I know it’ll be gorgeous. I am so impressed with the quality, I can’t recommend them enough.

I thought your service was very efficient. The only problem I had was I called after I ordered the ring to change the size two days after the initial order. It shipped the original size and was not changed. I figured it was a Sunday when I called, and it was around new years so I’m sure that had something to do with the message not being relayed. I take responsibility for not ordering it correctly. Overall I found everyone very helpful and you delivered the ring quickly. Thank you and I can’t wait to get it back. I have already returned it for resizing. Thank you all very much!!

I was over the 30 day policy but ordered an engagement ring with too large of a center stone. Keyzar made an exception so that I could exchange the stone and setting and they went back in forth over more than 60 emails! They were patience with me when I was very anxious about the purchase and I am eternally grateful! Will be buying all my jewelry from them from now on!

I was a little underwhelmed by my purchase. I had such high hopes for this ring but when it arrived, although presented beautifully in the packaging, the ring itself left me disappointed. For over 2 CT I feel like it should have been stunning. Because this was custom, I’m unable to return. I won’t be wearing it after spending almost $5,000.00.
