My engagement ring is so much more beautiful in person! My boyfriend and I were nervous about buying an engagement ring online but took a leap of faith since Keyzar had such good reviews. I do want to note that I tried on rings in-person to get an idea of what I wanted first. We got our questions answered promptly in the chat and the entire buying experience was seamless. I got the Kameille in 14k yellow gold with a 1.85 carat, color E, clarity VVS2 lab marquise cut diamond. We got a GIA certified diamond (which is the most reliable certification I believe). There was a 15% sale going on at the time my fiancé bought the ring so the total was just over $3,000, which is a crazy deal with the type of diamond I picked out. We modified the original design and requested 6 prongs for extra support. The hidden halo is such a beautiful touch. The ring is made with top-tier craftsmanship. If you're on the fence about ordering online with Keyzar, don't be. You get a very high-qualify ring for a fraction of the price!

I wish I could leave a good review, but our experience hasn't been great. The initial ring itself was beautiful but did not come in the correct size. After working through the resizing process that is when the poor experience came. The ring was shipped back the same size. It had been altered though and the band was no longer round. There is a flat portion that is thinner and has a visible rough ridge. Customer service said they would respond in 1-2 business days but did not do that. Instead, all we received was an email asking for a review. At this time, I would not recommend Keyzar Jewelry on their customer service alone and incorrect initial sizing. I hope I can post an update to this review. I am unable to wear the ring in its current condition as I am afraid it will break in that weakened spot along with the too big sizing.

I scheduled a meeting but it was over zoom and the specialist didn’t have rings to show. It was much easier to communicate via email and be sent samples of what the ring would look like.
