I purchased this ring on April 12 2023, The Penelope set with a 2.37 carat F vs2 oval lab diamond, received it on April 27th 2023, the entire process of creating the ring and then delivery was easy and fast, you can create it to your liking and budget, I wanted something simple yet cute for an every day wear at work, if I am able to do then I will attach a picture, the yellow gold one is their ring from Keyzar and the white gold in the middle finger is my actual ring, bigger catars.

“What does an appraisal include? An appraisal includes the cut, color, clarity and carat weight of a diamond or a gem stone. In some cases, the carat weight can be replaced with metric dimensions of a stone. In addition to the diamond’s qualities, an appraisal includes the craftsmanship, dimensions and weight of the entire piece.” False advertisement. The appraisal doesn’t include include the entire piece only the Diamond. Other than that the ring looks beautiful and support I received was great.

Keyzar made it easy for my partner and I to sit down and review the options she liked most. The ring I ordered came quickly and looked exactly like it did on the website. Great quality materials. Communication was great from Keyzar during the shipping of the ring. Great experience. I will say that the duty/customs fee for shipping the ring to Canada were almost $500, so prepare for that if you are also ordering from outside the United States.

I was disappointed that the finished ring did not match the picture. the setting is too thin and delicate to support the 2 c stone. it is pictured stronger. please send me some pictures of stronger looking designer settings. i love the diamond.
