Don’t waste your time this website find u a location where u live after I placed an order and it said it’s on the way I got a call from FedEx saying I gotta pay almost 300$ to receive the package

We sent our engagement ring back to Keyzar to be rhodium plated right before our wedding. When we received the package Keyzar had sent the wrong ring back to us. We thought our ring was lost and we are 3 weeks from our wedding. After about a week they notify us that they found our ring. In the process of getting it back they are making us wait until they receive the incorrect ring before they will ship our back. We are very close to our wedding so this has been a nightmare.

We had a wonderful experience picking out a stone then the setting. Your website was easy to use. It was nice seeing the finished product. I love my engagement ring, it’s exactly what I wanted.

The website was super easy to use and purchase from. I wouldn't really recommend using this site if you don't already know what you're looking for because the "Try on" feature is pretty much useless but the picture of what ordered (or thought I did) was an amazing representation of their product. If you're on the fence in fear of quality, let me assure you, this site is legit and they really do deliver. MY ONLY ONLY ISSUE was I technically did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a solitaire band and when I was going through the process of building my ring and checking out, every piece of paper work/receipt said solitaire band. Then 2 weeks later when I got it, the ring was paved on the band.. Initially I was heartbroken, I left a message for the company and did all I could but they were closed. Apparently the website options changed after I ordered and I don't really blame the company, it was an honest mistake. It would have been really bad BUT after my girlfriend saw what we got instead, she was absolutely speechless. Without even knowing, Keyzar sent me the one!! Eventually when they opened I got a call and explained to a REAL PERSON what happened and explained how I decided the ring I got would be perfect and they let me keep the ring I got (pretty nicely discounted also) and adjusted my paper work. All in all, 10/10 and love the experience I had with Keyzar!

Just received my ring within 2 weeks of placing the order. Looks even better than I could have imagined when picking the Diamond and setting online! They were super quick to respond when I asked for shipping updates on the ring and the price is amazing! Can’t recommend Keyzar enough! Will definitely purchase more jewelry from them in the future.

The ring I purchased was absolutely beautiful. The whole process to build the ring was very easy. The packaging was unexpected but a very nice touch.

The online experience is very informative and makes it easy for comparing different styles and diamonds. I was able to design the perfect Hidden Halo Penelope ring with an oval diamond. The quality of the natural diamond is exceptional (I even compared it to a friend who went the traditional jewelry store route).
