United States | 17 October 2017I was misinformed about the program I was set up with. Paying nearly $40 a week when I was told the average was $90 a month.. don’t feel like the system is charging correctly. I was gone from home turned off and unplugged everything even the air to see what the average was and it was still about $4 when I was told the daily average is about $3... very unhappy.. also I was told I would get extra credits to my account if I made a payment of $20 or more, now they are telling me it’s $50 and get a 5 credit which don’t add up to the advertising in the Dallas green sheet

United States | 17 October 2017Emails are misleading. I receive 2 separate emails every morning. Example: 1 says I will be disconnected and the 2nd one says I have several days left. This happens a lot! Also, I receive a disconnection email the next morning after I've made a payment the previous day. This also happens a lot.
