I'm drowning in electricity cost when I was estimated to pay half what I am. Can't afford a deposit to a new place because all my $ is going into this place. $12 a day in electric seems a bit high. That's $360 a month!

I have not had any problems with the service, would definitely recommend,every satisfied!

Honestly, I just feel like we are paying entirely too much for this service. We switched companies with the hope of paying less; the exact opposite has happened, and we pay A LOT more with Acacia than we did with our previous company.

I get notices of being disconnected when im not being disconnected. i recieve incorrect remaining balances on my texts i am not even sure if my usage amounts are correct im in the free nights plan and not sure if im receiving free nights. I stay with the company for the convenience of pre-pay other than that no good communication i was disconnected saying i moved to a different company when i did not and was told this sometimes happens if someone put their address incorrectly may have put my apt number by mistake. Unacceptable.
