Over charge your account with so many fees it’s no longer worth the service anymore I’m very disappointed!!!!

Thank you so much acacia electric really takes the guess work and hassle out of purchasing electricity. I’m able to see exactly where my money goes and when it does. I love the app that tells me how much I use everyday!!! A very satisfied customer. Plus the representatives at the call center were very helpful during the initial setup. Thank you so very much

There was a mess up in the beginning and I lost money because my move in date changed. The money I put on my electric was used up before I moved in, and I had to open a new account after depositing more money on the account they closed.

I call to make my first payment instead of telling me I was on the 20/20 plan. Meaning if i pay 20 dollars they would have match 20 dollars as my start up payment. I paid 15 dollars so i didn't get it. A good agent would have brought it to my attention. This is the only problem with this company. Customer service.

I like the daily updates but I do not know if I trust the usage per kw. My air condition has been off for four days and my daily usage seems to increase. How could this be so if no one has been at my house.
