United States | 29 November 2017I call to make my first payment instead of telling me I was on the 20/20 plan. Meaning if i pay 20 dollars they would have match 20 dollars as my start up payment. I paid 15 dollars so i didn't get it. A good agent would have brought it to my attention. This is the only problem with this company. Customer service.
