I did nothing different but went from 3.99 average to over 30.00 in one day????? I chose the option to have them call me back when i waited for over an hour on hold and they call you back alright and then hang up on you. I still don't know why and my balance is really low now. Other than that everything has been great. Please contact me. I need to know what is going on.

United States | 07 February 2018They were very rude to me about getting my lights on. The refused to call centerpoint until I had to have centerpoint to call them directly. My lights were delayed three days bc of them not calling centerpoint. It also took forever to talk to someone.
