Very affordable and extremely helpful!

I am pleased with Acacia Energy. I only put $40 to start out, and my service was started the next day. The text messages to let me know my balance every day are helpful. Also, one week when I was short on cash, I called Acacia to discuss my options, and Acacia added $10 to my account to help me avoid disconnection until my payday. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for prepaid electricity.

My opinion, paying by usage is ok, but honestly I'm not saving money, it's the same price as paying monthly, I try to be mindful of my usage, I've even tried not staying home much, just to see the difference, and I also should get nights free, mind you, I work nights so I'm not home, my usage still averages the same as other companies, but their app is mobile and customer friendly and convient. Otherwise, is the same

prices arnt fair i use maybe 5 or less a day some days 1 but yet still getting charged 6+ a day

Great service and customer service operators

This is the worst prepaid company ever. I have used many others and this one is the worst. They advertise 2 months free but you don't get it until after almost a year. Then to have free nights the balance has to stay over $10 which is pretty stupid. I'm switching next week for sure.
