Still haven’t received my order and I ordered Aug 31…. I was told 2 weeks till shipment and still nothing!!! Never again

The wig is absolutely beautiful.Nice volume,lenght.Little bit shiny,but it can be done by dry shampoo afters some time.Ready to use almost after unboxing.

The wig colour was totally different to how it looked on the website and on Youtube. It was not blonde as described but a very definite mid grey. I didn’t even take it out of the box, but no refund due to hygiene. A lot of money wasted! Will not purchase from KY again.

I appreciate the discounts offered from time to time for the various brands, as not all providers do this. There are a wide selection of quality wigs and hairpieces available on your website, which is user friendly. I've always experienced a great service whether it's just friendly advice, response to queries, updates on any delays with orders and stock availability, the discreet packaging and the delivery service provided is good too.

In hind sight we should read the small print. I am no longer in a position to add more money to this experience. The reason given for no return was hygiene. Yet you are quite happy to restock it. To me hygiene was an excuse.

At the time of writing this, I am extremely disappointed that all my efforts to contact them have not resulted in a response. I have ordered 2 wigs from them and apart from having the initial confirmation email- I haven't had a response. There is no contact phone number- just a whattsapp facility- which has not yet been read. I ordered over three weeks ago.

I bought belle tress mono top in the clearance which arrived quickly it went dry on the ends but I got good communication of kristina on how to care for a topper and will be ordering the items advised to keep the topper in good condition as at first I thought it was the topper that was bad but think it was my lack.of knowledge on how to care for a hair topper. Thank you for the advice and help .
