With the help of my hairstylist I found my first hair topper at Kristina Young Hair Additions. Ordering was easy as was applying for VAT exemption, and my product arrived on time and beautifully packed. I'd definitely recommend.

Can Kristina or someone, anyone please get in touch with me about a wrong order placed on Tuesday. I’ve emailed numerous times, no reply. I’ve called the mobile 3 times no answer snd messages left. I’ve found Kristina on Facebook and messaged, still nothing. I don’t want the wrong colour being dispatched snd I need to upgrade the postage and this is my last resort as it’s completely stressing me out but I see she responds to this platform. I have a bit of anxiety snd it’s through the roof as I’ve just spent £380.

I was so disappointed in the wig I purchased, to have paid £170.00 in a sale I was expecting great things, however I have picked up just the same with a Halloween costume. Utterly devastated as I cannot get a refund and not a care was given.

Beware when purchasing as she does not offer refunds due to UK law??. This is the only online wig store that does this..the UK legislation for returning items is as follows : You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason. It states in her return policy as this is for hygiene reasons as its next to skin, like hats and clothing as you can buy and return from every other online store. Luckily enough I'm in a position where I can donate my wig, which was unsuitable. Please beware when purchasing. Any more info on consumer rights please see gov.uk.

Not impressed with the poor customer service. I ordered a wig which they were unable to fulfill as the colour of the wig was incorrect on their website. I was asked in the email if I would like to opt for another colour. So, I replied selecting an alternative. I've waited for 6 days but no reply to my email and no wig. Decided to call them but no reply. Left a voicemail but 2 days later still no response from them. They have taken my money but still no wig or correspondence! DO NOT BUY FROM KRISTINA YOUNG HAIR ADDITIONS they take your money then don't care!

Good service - the item I ordered was not in stock but I was offered a suitable alternative which was despatched quickly. I am very happy with my purchase.
