Although the overall quality of the items is good, unfortunately it appeared that little care or thought had gone into the packing of the items. They just appeared to have been thrown into a box. In fact several of the items had squashed and damaged packaging which is disappointing as they are gifts.

I paid about £9 for next for next day delivery. Its been 2 days and it still hasn’t arrived. We need it for tomorrow evening and we don’t have what we ordered. Worst thing ever. Never ordering from this place again .

Bought Gold Metallic Balloon bundle - really disappointed. They look cheap, yellow looking gold -not a true reflection of the pic on the website. One of the balloons had a hole in it so wouldn't inflate and not all the balloons had string. The helium cylinder at £29.99 only filled 5 balloons in the set! On a positive note the table runner and napkins were very good quality.

Lovely bright and vivid colours. When I go to shops I see colour has been hugely lost from products. I bought Santa advent calendar and some of the Pom Pom had fallen out so extra glue needs to be supplied for this.

I like the range of party decorations and have been especially pleased with the personalised items. Delivery has been prompt even on personalised goods.

Ordered a birthday cake with photograph and was very pleased with the efficiency and speed of service and quality of product.

Failed to deliver on time despite paying for expedited postage

Excellent product and efficient service

The party props were great. The sticky pieces are too small and fiddly so I ended up using cello tape which worked perfectly. I would recommend these as they are great for the price.

So annoyed. I ordered several items for my Mums 70th birthday party. I used express delivery and the order hasn’t turned up. I’ve spent 45 minutes in a call queue and the call still hasn’t been answered. The party is ruined now. Update - despite the company's attempts to contact the courier the parcel is still sitting at the depot and is now 5 days over the promised date.

Was good for a last minute change but it wasn’t exactly up to my standards

I am now obsessed with ordering personalised things from Party Pieces. Lasted was a banner and some table runners with all the bosses of the firm on it. The quality, value for money and service is five star. Cannot recommend highly enough.
