This is my first order and I’m delighted with the personalised banner. Great size and quality and good service. Would use again.

I was extremely pleased how efficient the whole experience was from the initial ordering to the receipt of the parcel.

This would be my second time using the party pieces. When processing the order there seem to be an error from my end I contacted them immediately and the situation was resolved instantly. I have found the service to be exceptional and the quality of goods as well as delivery of a high standard. I know I will be coming back to use them third time and probably from then on.

Initially the website, personalisation and ordering were great but the cake has arrived looking a mess! All of the icing has cracked around the edge and you can see the cake underneath. The cake has almost come off the cake board too. I’m quite embarrassed to give the cake to my partner. I would not take the risk of ordering a cake online again and it turning up like it’s had 5 rounds with Mike Tyson!

Party Pieces really pulled it out of the bag for me. I thought I had ordered a personalised banner for my daughter's 18th party but when I checked my orders I hadn't. I rang and explained my situation and despite the deadline for personalised banners having expired - they did it for me with next day delivery. All the other products I bought, including the banner, were of very good quality. Thank you party pieces!

This was my second order from them. I got the confirmation, but no tracking details. Date for the event was getting close. Contacted them by email and they got straight on it and the items showed up with a day to spare, phew! Good job, guys, and thanks!
