Banner arrived delighted with it, cannot say the package was, arrived in Jiffy bag rolled up will have to leave it out overnight to get the all the rolls marks out to get it flat. Mybe look at your packaging and make it better I have in the past bought banners and came in tubes lot better

Excellent product which arrived very quickly .Delighted with service.

The box arrived very dented and the top was torn back. Fortunately the advent box kit had been wrapped in bubble wrap and laced on top of the other items. Luckily everything was still in the box. The products were as expected. Rose gold paper plates good value in the sale.

Oh dear, the order for table decorations came in completely wrong colour which meant that there was no contrast to white table cloth so I sent the whole lot back. There wasn’t a returns form so I am waiting to see how I will be refunded ? The party is this weekend so I’ve gone to Amazon to be safe.

I had ordered three banners, a week in advance paid next day delivery and it had been over 3 days and apparently my banner was damaged and was not notified at all, had to call the company to know what was going on. I was happy however about how it was handled as I had been promised that I would have it the very next day which was true.
