I received my banner on time but sadly it wasnt the one i ordered , someone elses had been sent by mistake. I rang to explain and an apology was given. The correct banner arrived within 24 hours and was great, good customer service , mistakes happen but it was put right quickly would def use this company again.

I ordered a banner for my husbands 30th birthday surprise party. It was surprisingly cheap so I was unsure what to expect with regards to quality etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the product arrived. It is PERFECT. I am so happy with the banner. The pre-inflated balloon was gorgeous and came packaged perfectly. However it burst only after 2 hours after opening the box, without any reason — it was not caught on anything, we were simply carrying it to the birthday picnic. What a shame.

If I could give it a zero I would. The package came late even though I paid the 8 pound fee, the plastic was stuck to the sheet of icing and couldn’t get it off without ripping and all the icing round the cake was cracked i was not happy with this order at all.

Easy to navigate site. Fast delivery, that was packaged well (including the fragile label on outside of box). Reasonably priced and good quality - I ordered the wooden heart t light holders and the jam jar vases - they are both so cute and unique. Will definitely use company again and thoroughly recommend it to others. Love the fact they are eco friendly and donate to the sea fund. 😊
