Incomplete order, actually recieved an empty box instead of baloons! Shame as everything else was good but I find it hard to believe somebody could not have noticed that the baloon box was empty.

Wrong item sent. I let them know but received no acknowledgement or the item I'd ordered. The invoice had my original order on! I keep getting emails telling me to buy more yet no response to my complaint. Very poor customer services.

This order arrived quickly (the next day!) Very scruffy looking package with lots of brown tape. The plates were a bit bent which is a shame as I like the design.

I ordered for the first time on your site...and I am more than positively surprised...the things arrived in a very short time despite the fact that I ordered them in Slovenia...the postage was a little higher( it is logical.. the package has traveled quite a few kilometers) but when I got the package I was over products so excited that I forgot about that too🙃..the products are of good quality, nicely packaged and affordable... The cake I ordered looked great except the photo panel was not attached very well. Also the courier ignored the instructions on the box to keep it flat and left it on its end in my porch so the icing along one side was cracked.

Very disappointed as was sent the wrong size cake but paid for a large cake the print of my son was damaged wasn’t impressed at all sorry

Delivered the completely wrong product. I ordered table stands and they sent me tassels. Not to mention I paid for next days delivery and it never came on time.
