Personalised balloon arrived deflated and they were not able to arrange delivery for another one the following day. Very disappointing.

I'm not sure who made the mistake.... it could have been me. I thought I had ordered 2 different cakes (one for mum and one for dad, for joint 70th party); I received 2 dad cakes, 2 days before the party!!! However, I quickly ordered 2 more for next day delivery. Firstly, they arrived on time which was fantastic. Secondly, they were great quality and they also taste lovely!!! I've only given 4 star in case it wasn't my mistake as to be honest, it wasn't clear on website so that would be my advice..... can you have a preview at the payment stage as I couldn't see the 2 different cakes with photos!!? Thanks so much though, great service!!!!

Website easy to use. Cake arrived well boxed. Looked smaller than I thought but cut up beautifully, everyone at the party got a piece, tasted delicious. I emailed re delivery and the bank holiday and they responded promptly. Would use again.

My order didn't arrive to what I ordered. The personalised name on the balloon was spelt in correctly and the personalised photo banner never even arrived what a waist of money. Paid for next day delivery charges extra £10 and a women rings me asking when do you need the order for? had my doubts there, then why would she ring did she not read the order notes.

The cake arrived promptly and as requested. I have been quickly given a partial refund due to slight damage to the cake.

Excellent, absolutely nothing negative from start to finish.

My husband’s 40th was on the 20th September, I ordered the banner special delivery on the 16th September. I have still not received the banner with no communication. I should of received my banner on the Saturday paying extra for next day delivery. I have emailed and chasing my order.

The products we recieved were of really high quality. Happy with the service and speedy delivery. The decorations themselves looked great for the party we had this week!

I made a mistake on my order getting the cake too small. The company was wonderful on the telephone helped me change the order and then refunded the money on the incorrect cake. The cake as ever were wonderful.
