Outstanding service. Purchased a gaming chair, was very happy with it. However it did develop faults over time. Just before the guarantee was up I contacted them about a faults. Thomas the customer service guy couldn't do enough to help me. He sent out replacement parts which arrived swiftly and now the chair is as good as new. Thank you very much.

We were told by friends who came in Creta before to deal with Gomega and we thank them a lot for their advice. Communication is very easy and nice ! Gomega staff always want to make your stay easier and peaceful. It’s simple, trustful. You can rely on them ! We won’t forget Gomega if we come back in Creta.

This was our third year going to Crete and also third time renting from GoMega. 1st year was a nearly new Opel in excellent condition. 2nd year a Skoda also in perfect condition. This year we received a Seat which had been put through many hard kilometers. The cover in the trunk of the car did not work. The cover/door to the small coin box below the steering wheel continuously opened over small bumps. The windshield wipers should have been replaced a long time ago. The brakes were noisy. Otherwise GoMega has great service.
