Very easy to book the car with they, very good car, new, clean... We arrive very early in Heraklion and was not a problem, they pick you up at the airport and drive you 5 minutes to take the car. The boy Who came to pick us up was really kind with a ver big smile (nice after the flight). The negociation for the car was perfect (they didnt have the car that we wanted and they offered us a better car just for a few euros more). I recomend them and I will rent again the Next time in Crete if they continue with good prices.

Best place to rent a car in Crete. Full insurance is a great option to go for. Pick up and drop off took less than 5 minutes and car in clean and in great condition.

It was already the navigation system in the car I guess it was an mistake to charge extra for a service which is installed in the car Easy to call up in regard of trop off the car at the airport. I have just returned to the Uk after a fantastic holiday in Crete. I chose to use this company after seeing all the positive reviews. I originally booked a large SUV then had to change my booking as we had a couple more people joining us. I did this via email with ease. When we arrived at the airport, we made contact with Gomega and they swiftly collected us and dropped us off at their office. We were unexpectedly given a 9 seater vehicle without extra charge which made our holiday a breeze with all of our luggage. I opted for the premium insurance as I always do for peace of mind. I highly recommend this company and I will use again when I return. Thank you so very much for looking after us.

We had a fantastic and seamless experience with Gomega Car Rentals while in Crete. We were picked up by a very kind gentleman from the airport who brought us to their location which was a few minutes drive from the airport. The location was clean and tidy and the workers were all very friendly. We had to option to return the car to the rental location or the airport and opted for the airport. The same very kind gentleman met us within minutes of calling and we were on our way. HIGHLY recommend Gomega for anyone looking for an affordable and high quality rental car experience. THANK YOU!

I stumbled upon Gomega while looking in Maps for car rental companies around Heraklion airport, and I am glad I did! At first, I was a tad skeptical about their flawless reviews and the fact that their rental desk was off-site. However, my doubts quickly vanished. After landing, we made a quick call as instructed, and to our surprise, they were already waiting for us at arrivals! In less than 5 minutes, we were whisked away to their rental office, and the rental process was the smoothest and fastest I've ever experienced. The team at Gomega was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain all the car's features, assisted us with our luggage, and even provided bottles of water for everyone. Talk about top-notch service! Our holiday took an unexpected turn when we discovered the front right wing of our car damaged in the hotel parking lot, thanks to an unsecured metal cabinet being blown over by strong winds (more on that in my review for Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort, Chania). This incident highlighted the importance of getting full insurance to avoid any unpleasant surprises. My experience with Gomega was stellar. Their service was impeccable from start to finish, and I will definitely be choosing them again for my next trip to Crete. Highly recommended!

La voiture était correct . La Clim un peu fatigué mais c est pas grave . Les meetings point étaient correct. Et ils ont su s accorder à nos horaires . Merci gomega !!!

Abbiamo noleggiato un'auto durante il nostro soggiorno a Creta: cercavamo una compagnia che accettasse carte di debito e senza franchigia. Dopo aver visionato il sito, abbiamo contattato GoMega via email per alcune informazioni e ci hanno risposto in pochi minuti, fornendoci tutti i chiarimenti necessari. L'ufficio ed il parco auto sono situati a un km circa dall'aeroporto: prima del nostro arrivo a Heraklion ci hanno dato il numero di telefono da chiamare non appena fossimo atterrati. Prontamente ci hanno indicato il luogo di ritrovo (a pochi metri dall'aeroporto) dove sono venuti a prenderci per portarci ai loro uffici. Il personale è stato molto cortese, ci hanno addirittura fornito un'auto più grande di quello che ci aspettavamo! Tutte le informazioni sono state date con chiarezza e trasparenza, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consigliamo di appoggiarvi a GoMega e speriamo di essere nuovamente loro clienti anche in altre città.
