Excellent experience, the shuttle waited for us at the airport exit to take us to the car rental office, in a very short time we had the keys to the car, we opted for full insurance which is highly recommended in Creta. The rental guys are always very helpful in answering all doubts or any problems that may arise during your stay. They are a very efficient team and they care a lot about customer care. Very good the value for money. I highly recommend it

We rented a Renault Megane. It worked out fabulous in size for our family of 4 adults and luggage. Everyone at GoMega was great. Communication was good. Our flight was late, but we had no issues with getting the car. We only had one small issue with the car. One of the tire pressure sensors must have been bad, so the warning light was coming on. The tires were fine, but we needed to check and it took stopping at 3 different gas stations to find a air compressor that had all the working parts to fill and check. Tires are not covered under the insurance?!? Having the insurance was added less pressure. Luckily we didn't have to use it, but it sounds much better than what we would have gotten in the US or other countries. Driving in Crete is an experience. It was great to be able to drop off at a different location than pick up. Would rent from them again.

Very positive experience. Got the car we reserved. Very clear arrangements: were waiting for us at the airport. Two minutes to depot and on our way to our destination in 10 minutes. Brand new car with 1000 kilometers on the odometer. Return of car equally smooth. Staff spoke very good English. Definitely worth repeating.

We had a great experience renting a car from gomega, the staff was very helpful and as soon as we arrived at the airport there was a shuttle bus waiting for us. The car we got was brand new and the process to rent the car lasted only a few minutes.

Co prawda pierwszy samochód który przyznali miał wadę, powietrze uciekało z opony, problem został szybko rozwiązany, samochód zamieniony na inny, który był nowszy, większy, generalnie lepszy bez dopłaty. Gomega oferuje fajną opcję dodatkowego ubezpieczenia, opcja ta jest lepsza niż dodatkowe ubezpieczenie w discovercars, gdyż nie trzeba płacić kaucji, a przy oddawaniu auta nie jest ono nawet sprawdzane, więc całkowicie bezstresowy wynajem auta. Minusy: Gdyby lokalizacja mojego apartamentu była by znacznie oddalona od siedziby Gomega, byłoby dla mnie problematyczne aby dotrzeć do Gomega i poświęcić własny czas w celu rozwiązaniu problemu z wadliwym autem

The staff was helpful and communicative. The pick-up was a bit more difficult because the office is not on the airport premises, and Heraklion airport is a bit chaotic. Once we got to the office, it was all smooth sailing. The terms easy to explain, and the drop off at the airport on the way back was very easy. The vehicle condition was very good, though it was a small notch down from what I anticipated (still within the advertised rules). Overall, it is worth renting from them and saving some money compared to the international companies, and I would certainly do it again.
