La voiture correspondait exactement a celle réservée et en parfait état. Une équipe très disponible et sympathique. Si toutes les agences de location pouvaient faire de même, nous n'aurions plus d'angoisse au moment de louer un véhicule.

Bon accueil, pas de caution, pas de check in ni de check out, du coup vacances zen, le retour se fait en douceur on vous raccompagne à l'aéroport avec la voiture de loc, je recommande vivement !

Very good attention to service detail - Sent map and video to where we needed to meet them to transport us to collect car. Both pickup and drop off were perfectly on time. Constant updates and responses to scheduled timeframes and questions we had. Insurance was fully covered and vehicle was clean and reliable. To be brief, I wish there would be gomega in every country. We rented an almost new car from their place near the Heraklion airport, right across the street from a very old restaurant where we stopped for a quick meal on our way to the hotel. The service is flawless. The team is super nice and helpful. The kind of people you would want as friends. Although we did not pay for the most secure child seat, we got the best there was, no extra charge. The drop off was super smooth at the end of our trip. An employee came to the airport to pick up the car. Just a great experience.

Equipe reactive et flexible, voiture avec 85 000 km parfait etat , tres bon rapport qualite prix, y compris avec assuance complete (que je recommande, car en Crete les routes sont etroites... Ce qui m'est arrive, un pick up sans patience nous a frotte sur le parechoc arriere, nous on etait a l arret). Je recommande sans hesitation.

The service from start to finish was exceptional. Communication was easy and even though my arriving flight was delayed by an hour they were waiting for us at the airport. The car handover was quick and they gave us lifts to and from the airport at both ends of our stay. The car itself was a dream to drive. We booked a medium level vehicle. I highly recommend this company

Agence de location très correcte, un agent est venu nous accueillir à notre arrivée à l’aéroport à 1h du matin, la livraison du véhicule était faite comme prévu, au retour un agent nous a déposer à l’aéroport après restitution du véhicule.

Super expérience… réservation en ligne simple… parc de voitures neuves ou presque , tarifs correct… on sent qu’on a affaire à des pros tout est super bien organisé.. communication par WhatsApp pour ma part.. on reçoit une petite vidéo qui nous montre où aller quand on sort de l’aéroport, il suffit d’envoyer un message pour dire qu’on est au point de rdv et on vient vous chercher, n’hésitez pas à prendre l’assurance premium la sérénité et la tranquillité pour un peu plus de 40€ , pas de caution à verser … et on peut ré déposer la voiture directement à l’aéroport. Bref aucunes hésitations… merci à l’équipe très accueillante et sympathique.

Parfait, très bonnes qualités de services. La petite bouteille d’eau offerte en arrivant à l’agence a été appréciée. Ils vous prennent en charge à la sortie de l’aéroport, en 2 minutes vous arrivez sur leur site. Je conseille de prendre l’assurance chez eux, comme ça pas d’empreinte de carte bleue et pas de mauvaise surprise. Surtout que la location coûte moins cher avec l’assurance que chez les grands loueurs de voitures. La voiture était quasiment neuve et propre. Très bonne expérience, je recommande.
