Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Gomega op Kreta - Nooit meer ! Wij voelen ons bedrogen en zijn zeer ontevreden over hoe Gomega zijn beloften niet nakomt. De positieve recensies over dit bedrijf zijn voor ons totaal onbegrijpelijk. Voor ons is het heel duidelijk: Nooit meer Gomega! Blijf ver weg van Gomega - Pure oplichterij! Onze ervaring met Gomega op Kreta was niets minder dan een grote teleurstelling. Wat een wanprestatie van dit verhuurbedrijf ! Wij hadden via internet een wagen van het type Renault Mégane Break geboekt maar kregen bij aankomst een oude Opel Astra Break als vergelijkbare wagen aangeboden. Wij niets vermoedend, vol vertrouwen en enthousiast bij de start van onze vakantie namen de wagen in ontvangst. Tijdens onze rit naar het hotel van ongeveer 100 km kregen wij een raar gevoel over de staat van de wagen, wat bleek dat de Opel Astra Break van het bouwjaar 2017 was met ongeveer 120.000 km op de teller en in erbarmelijke staat: rondom gekrast, de ruitensproeier werkte deels niet, vloermatten met gaten, de bestuurderszetel was doorgezakt, de veiligheidsgordel rolde niet meer op, en de ontkoppelingspedaal was volledig versleten (foto’s zijn in ons bezit). Op steile hellingen had de wagen grote moeite om vooruit te komen. Wij voelden ons meer en meer onveilig in deze wagen. Ook als dat niet genoeg was, werden we ons inziens ook misleid over de verzekering. We hadden bewust een all-risk verzekering afgesloten, maar bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat de velgen, banden en de onderkant van de auto niet verzekerd waren. De onderkant kunnen wij deels nog begrijpen maar de andere zaken zeker niet, waarom moet je dan een all-risk verzekering afsluiten ? Het is een raadsel hoe dit bedrijf positieve recensies heeft gekregen. Onze ervaring was vreselijk en boek NOOIT bij dit verhuurbedrijf want dan krijg je misschien ook wel een oude, gekraste en slecht onderhouden auto.

Full insurance means true full insurance with no need for a credit card or deposit, which made the rental process very easy and transparent. Returning the car was hassle-free, with just a quick fuel level check as per their full-full policy. Highly recommend Gomega for their excellent service and straightforward process.

Very professional. Picked us up from the airport immediately to their near rental park. I returned the car near the airport and they bring me to the terminal immediately. Everything was clear. No hidden costs. Everything perfect.

I cannot say enough good about this company. We were greeted at the airport arrivals area and driven a short distance to get our car. The car, a late model VW, exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Once rental was over, we were met at the Heraklion ferry port where car was dropped off. We were again greeted by a staff member and turned the keys over to him. 10 out of 10 service. I highly recommend!

Très bon service. La location est facile, sans tracasseries administratives et surtout vous n'êtes pas obligé d'avoir une carte de crédit, donc trés pratique pour les français. Voiture propre, même si beaucoup de kilomètres, mais nous n'avons eu aucun souci mécanique ou autre. Restitution rapide et en plus on va redepose à l'aéroport.

Qashqai a Creta ( the gray one ) per una settimana, dal 3 al 10 ottobre. Auto nuova e affidabile ad un buonissimo prezzo. Il servizio di questa Compagnia è impeccabile. Veloci e puntuali ci hanno inviato prima della partenza tutte le informazioni per raggiungere il punto nel quale ci avrebbero prelevato con la loro navetta gratuita, vicinissimo all'aeroporto di Heraklion. Nessun costo nascosto, tutto chiaro. Grazie ragazzi, buon lavoro !
