Un service au top et une équipe sympathique. Une anecdote : je me suis rendu compte à l'aéroport, juste avant le vol retour, que j'avais oublié mon portable dans la voiture de location. J'ai appelé Gomega et quelqu'un est venu me l'amener 10 mn après.

Easy to rent, no hidden fees, everything pretty straightforward and very reasonable price. Staff was very very friendly and pleasant, the guys gave us a ride from the airport to their place to pick up the car, gave us free water, processed everything quickly and then picked up the car right from the airport, so the service is very convenient. Totally recommend!

Je n'étais pas tout à fait certain de la fiabilité du service et surtout de la conformité des promesses. Après notre expérience du 25 mai au 1er juin dernier, j'ai pu constater que tout était simple avec ce loueur. Arrivé à l'aéroport d'Héraklion, nous sommes sorti de la zone pour rejoindre, juste à la sortie, les devantures des différents loueurs de voiture et prévenu Goméga comme convenu par un message whatsapp. Ne parlant pas facilement anglais, j'ai envoyé une photo de l'endroit ou nous étions et 5mns plus tard, une personne de Goméga venait nous prendre et nous conduire 1kms plus loin, sur leur site. Je conseille fortement la formule premium car pas d'empreinte bancaire puisqu'il n'y a plus de franchise. Même avec la garantie totale, le tarif reste moins cher que sur la plupart des autres loueurs, ET, eux, avec une franchise entre 600 et 1200 €. Le retour très rapide en 3mn chrono puisqu'il n'y a pas besoin de faire le tour du véhicule. Je reprends ce loueur à mon prochain séjour sans hésiter en septembre.

We rented a car from Heraklion Airport for 10 days. Everything worked wonderfully from the online booking to the return. We were picked up at the airport upon arrival and could return the car directly at the airport for our return flight. Our VW Caddy was in good condition. The child seat we booked but forgot to pick up in the excitement upon arrival at the rental station was credited without any issues. We will gladly use this service again on our next visit to Crete! Great experience. Very competitive rates. Excellent service level. Very friendly staff. We rented a car for 14 days to tour the island. No problem whatsoever. Complimentary pick up from the airport or from your hotel in Heraklion was much appreciated. We will certainly use Gomega again if we return to Crete.

very good price. close to the airport with free shuttels and flexible time and place of dropoff. car vas spotless and in very good condition. staff are kind and where very responsive before and during the rental. had a small incedent and the GoMega team where fair and helped make it a non-issue so we didn't have to pay extra and made sure we would't worry about it in our vacation. will definitlyy use them next time in crete. exceeded my (very high to begin with) expectations.

I have rented cars from many companies, but Gomega is the best ever. Our plane was 3 hours delayed, but Gomega quickly replied when we contacted them.
