I'm very pleased with my SoClean machine. It's easy to use and make cleaning my CPAP equipment extremely easy.

The SoClean Equipment is so easy to use' and does a terrific job.

Beware of the rebate. I sent mine in, in December, on time. I was contacted for more documentation which was also submitted on time. I never heard anything after that. Forward to 3.5 months later and I contact customer service for assistance. The agent that had been handling it was no longer there and had not processed it. The agent I spoke to (Ms. Schofield) was very helpful. She spoke with her supervisor but she said it was too late to process the rebate since it was for December even after seeing the emails where I had been in contact with a representative during December. The only positive was was Ms. Schofield who called me to tell me I could not get the rebate rather than emailing me. Make sure you stay on top of your rebates or they will not honor it.

My husband used to have upper respiratory infections frequently no matter how often we washed his supplies. Since using SoClean we have dramatically cut down on his infections. We like it so much we bought a second one so we can leave one in Florida. The one thing we did learn is that the mask he uses can not go in the machine. The mask has a soft cushion on it and it deteriorates quickly and tears if placed in the machine. So we just use CPAP wipes on it We love the ease of using our SoClean machine
