Was very impressed with customer service. When I placed my order online, I did not receive a discount that had been sent to me. I contacted customer service and on the first work day of the week I was contacted that I had received a refund for the amount. Very efficient.

Great sale and got here sooner than I thought they would. I got two filter kits at the same time so I am prepared for the next change and I saved money.

Although checkout was easy enough and they shipped quickly, my package has not come. After a week I called them and was told the package would probably shake loose soon and to call back ten days later if it did not. Two and a half weeks is far too long, plus another week if they do reship. It's a good thing I'm not desperate to get my filters. For what they cost, this is not very good service.

I'm very happy with the Sol Clean I bought, it's easy to use. I got tired of cleaning everything by hand. It saves so much time. It does a better job at cleaning than I could do.

We've had good luck with SoClean and it's great that our son who is special needs can take care of his CPAP with the SoClean himself.

I love the masks. I have 9 total now from So Clean. I really like the new light colors.

I found the website to be difficult to operate. On occasion it would not take my order or it would freeze up. Also sales that are merely doubling the regular price to get two items are not sales at all.
