United Kingdom | 24 November 2024Honestly, this process has been terrible. Ninja trader owns Tradovate for context. I have tried to set up and fund my account for two weeks. One week was wasted trying to use Tradovate and their useless staff/support team. The other I have sent over 30 emails to and from with Ninja Trader support. As someone in Australia we don’t have access to the platform Plaid for transfers/funding. When you try and transfer via a wire it rejects the funds as they say they need it to arrive in AUD - yet they provided a UK account - which means funds are converted for the transfer and costs me conversion rates only to be rejected. I have updated my bank card details over 20 damn times. I have changed my name with their staff to reflect my card details, I have spoke with their staff over 30 emails and it still doesn’t work. This process is useless and their team can’t actually solve/assist the process other than wasting your time. This is mind numbing and stupid when you think about the fact it’s 2024 and this process should be streamlined and automated. Stay away, honestly companies like IBKR (interactive brokers) are far better. Waste of time.

United States | 10 November 2024The platform has so many bugs it is insane. Constantly deletes data, doesn't track correctly, strategy analyzer always crashes. So many issues with it. Only good thing about it is that it is free.

If all companies had people like her that would take their and make sure the customer completely understood the answer for which they called, I'm sure the company's bottom line would be magnified. United States | 06 November 2024opening a new account and starting trading has been painful at best. I keep getting requests for bank acct info and a crazy request to explain my Username. WTF!! So I responded to both and 2 days later the requests for both are right back on my main screen, No phone number and their chat Bot is unless for anything other then simple usage questions. Can never get to a representative. Emails are answered over night. Very frustrating, I moved from Schwab because of high fees, but now starting to regret it as I have missed almost 10 trading days.

United States | 05 November 2024Scam. I purchased a 12$ data plan with Ninja Trader on October 24, on October 31st they charged me again for the same plan $12. I was just getting my account setup, and they decided to take pretty much all the money I had just put in temporarily. I'm really glad I didn't have a lot of money in my account, I fear they would of drained it also. When I receive a refund, I will be removing this review. But as it stands, this company stole money from my account. Update: NinjaTrader responded below saying something about sending a request for more information, NO they have not, they told me back in October that cannot issue a refund and regardless of whenever someone joins NT they are charged the 12 fee, so since I joined at the end of the month they charged me 12$ just for 1 day of service and another 12 Nov 1st. The response below is a straightforward lie.

Colombia | 20 October 2024Coloco una sola estrella porque creo que la mayoría de la comunidad Latinoaméricana tiene problemas para depositar ya que los bancos de nuestro países no permiten hacer dichos giros y la plataforma está muy limitada a solo fondear con bancos físicos no admiten otras formas de fondeo y eso es grave para nuestra comunidad se que como yo hay miles de trader buscando otras alternativas pero son pocas y pasa lo mismo osea en conclusión los latinos si no tenemos cuenta bancaria en EE.UU no podemos tradear sino forex ya que es más fácil en fondeo pero futuros es mucho mejor por sus regulaciones
