United States | 09 October 2024Each time I contact customer service at 800-496-1683 unfortunately I get Dean or this female whom barley understand english as well as legal business documentation. 24 hours ago Dean placed me on hold to confirm which documents they will accept in place of a bank statement. He stated that it had to be on the letter head from the bank, to include (Business name, Last 4 digits of the bank account the funds will be coming from & balance which supersedes your initial deposit). I contact my bank and have them send me the document via there portal for custmer messages. I upload the document to Ninja Trade portal and less than 24 hours later I receive an email asking me to provide company financials. (Wow, Mind Blown Moment) The also asked for the name of the person whom would be trading. Upon asking Dean what format are they needing this information returned to them in. He stated just reply by email with a response. However, there is a upload link required for all documentation. If he does not know this simply speaks to real issues I have not ultimately discovered as of yet. To say the least this experience has already displayed red flags which I believe could ultimately effect my small business bottom line. As a customer I am expecting my only point of contact to have a basic understanding of the what is required and when you provided what has been asked from them to only be rejected. "SMH" Please explain to me why Dean suggested that a bank document with all of the required details seem to have been rejected? In so many words he suggested that I sent in fraudulent documents! Keep in mind that my initial deposit has to come from a business account with as minimum balance that is more that what I stated I would be depositing. "SMH" There is a reason for customer service jobs. It does not require an individual to have the ability to think, they are given guidelines and boundaries. These low IQ positions are meant to help the company to filter customers issues to a swift resolution to ensure a pleasant experience. However, my first experience with this company suggest a much bigger problem. Employee's represent management and well as upper management. I am noticing several unpleasant experiences from potential customers that have chosen to write a review. I could have been doing several other things today but I chose to write this review in hopes to help another unexpected individual from falling into this abyss/hole. My time and money are worth more to me than having a back and forth with simpletons! I am in the business of training your customer service reps, this reminds me of microsoft and there approach to sending out updates. I was not a fan and still do not want to spend my time on the phone with simpletons explaining basic details over and over again with minimal to no results. I am extremely disappointed with my interactions with Ninja Trader so far. I am vetting other tools to be sure I do not give these bottom feeders my business!

Germany | 09 October 2024One of the most stupid and unfriendly trading platforms, I have ever met in my life! The customer service is a horror nightmare they wasted a lot of my precious time :( its just not worth the hustle and pain they give to their customers!

United States | 01 October 2024ITS A SCAM, I uploaded 2 bank accounts and they keep saying they don’t take it, now they have my Social, passport , and bank account . I close my account so they get to use it later . How does this get 4 star? Stay way !!!!!!!. They contact me to get more information but gave them all my information before . Everything they ask for. “ they want more information” that’s so BS. They don’t have a clear instruction of what they need. I think they want to get all your information so they can sell them. I recommend Stocks to Trade or Trading view . How many bank accounts and ID do I need to provide ? It’s so fishy. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

United States | 25 September 2024Platform has a lot of issues and they refuse to work with developer--just send developer canned replies(Viper trading systems) its very difficult to get 1 on 1 help slow moving--when I finally get support results normally great but lose a day or 2 trading due to slow response.
