United States | 12 July 2024I like the ease of trading futures on Ninjatrader. Their customer service is a library of several articles with vague answers. They will email you, but no one will speak with you. Very frustrating.

Saudi Arabia | 02 July 2024I was getting error while creating NT account, when I contacted support below is the response I got " ...after careful consideration of your application, the decision was made not to move forward with the account. Futures brokerages are a highly regulated industry, and there are many potential reasons for an account to be declined. Per company policy, we do not disclose the factors that led to a declination decision." What the Heckk? So you are rejecting customers and don't even have the courtesy to explain why it was rejected? At least tell the reason so that we are aware what is the issue!!!

We were on the phone for perhaps half an hour and he walked me through all the steps of getting my password and login problems until everything--and I do mean everything--was thoroughly--and I do mean thoroughly--sorted out. I am very much in his debt. He should be in the top slot at salary review time!

Fehler bei Währungsumrechnungen von Euro in USD werden nur gegen Androhung einer Veröffentlichung korrigiert, Servicemitarbeiter jenseits von Intelligenz, und und und... Was kann man dagegen tun, wenn ein paar arrogante Amerikaner die Kunden in Europa einfach betrügen? Tja, nix! Nur in Zukunft diese Leute meiden. Und das sollte jeder tun!
