Daniel Malki was an excellent counselor who helped me navigate the college admission process. In my time with him, he was able to help me tactifully revise my essays to ensure that I was able to put my strongest foot forward. However, the most impressive aspect would be Malki's constant push on me, where thanks to him I was able to submit with confidence and subsequently get admitted to an ivy with that very confidence. However apart from Malki, the website had a few issues such as my meetings being erased from the system. Nonetheless, Malkis counseling made up for the negatives.

I have had a great experience with Empowerly as a high school senior. My counselor Stacy has been incredible in helping me with the process. She is patient, clear, and precise, which has helped me navigate the difficult application process.

Ben take the time to look over essays, schools and different methods to make sure that getting into college is an achievable task! I recommend him if you need a counselor and is someone that could benefit you a lot!

The resources available at Empowerly are very helpful, but my favorite part about this program is the honesty that everyone in this program works with. My counselor Mrs. Joyce Smith is amazing at picking apart her students and finding their strengths that colleges will fight for. She will tell you when an essay is not working well or where your application is lacking, but when she compliments your work, you know that she genuinely means it. In my past experiences, many tend to sugarcoat, but honesty like hers are what will get students into competitive universities. I have received acceptances into honors programs at UT Austin, Pomona College, and top scholarships to TCU with her help.

They are very good at counseling! Especially Sharukh. Sharukh would often pick up late night calls and answer texts about questions (All of these did not count towards billed hours), and he is very supportive and honest towards his students' goals and aspirations.

Empowerly was a wonderful, much-needed guide through a difficult and confusing process. Annalise S was a wonderful advisor and helped not just with the actual logistics of the process but with managing the stress and uncertainties involved. Annalise was there for me at every step and went above and beyond to provide detailed and rapid answers to any questions. The essay reviews and brainstorming sessions in particular were immensely enlightening and helped me orient my writing away from high school-style and toward that necessitated by college applications. In the end, the work I completed was my own, but Empowerly and Annalise provided me the advice and confidence I needed to put my best foot forward. And for reference, I was indeed accepted to my top choice school, an Ivy. :)

I decided to join Empowerly during my sophomore year of college and am happy with my decision. My counselor, Shahrukh Malik, has given me many valuable insights on how to improve my essays, and, especially, my activity list. I joined Empowerly in the beginning of senior year of high school. My counselor, Shahrukh immediately worked with me to brainstorm essay ideas, build resume, and offered a valuable perspective in the process. He was very prompt with his responses and ensured that I stay on track.The Essay Editorial team was also fantastic. The whole process is streamlined and helps reduce stress and anxiety. I had a phenomenal experience with college applications through Empowerly, specifically with my counselor Mr. Medure. He really helped me set the tone I desired for my essays, and fueled my creative writing into a format that would excel for college admissions. He was also really open-minded and flexible for timings (I was in the PST zone). The tools and admission organizers that both Empowerly and Mr. Medure helped me with most definitely made the college application smoother!

Not cheap, but highly meaningful help with admission/transfer between universities. The consultant answers all my questions, guides me through the application process, and the essay editing team responds as quickly as possible. If you have doubts about admission, most likely you need it.

I'm a senior right now with Empowerly, but have been with the program since sophomore year. I've found the services to be very helpful, and especially so in my senior year with essay writing. My counselor, Mr. Medure, is so helpful when it comes to brainstorming ideas for supplementals and framing the experiences I've had in school in a unique way. He's helped me find my voice as a writer in this process, and I'm very grateful for it! He is also very easy to meet with, and intentionally keeps his schedule open even late into the night for his PST students (we've had calls to edit essays together close to midnight).
