Empowerly has many amazing resources and is very helpful to use. Not only is it very helpful but everything is easy to manage and very simple to use.

Quincy was great, helping me navigate a beginning list of target, reach, and safety schools and helping me find a realistic view of my options for college. Quincy was super honest and kept it real with me, telling me if my work wasn't where it could be and always telling me when I was excelling or areas I needed work for my essay writing. His feedback after each draft of my essays, along with the super helpful empowering writing team helped me essay I didn't think I would be able to with my writing levels. I was accepted to Boston University, my top school, and was actually considered a reach for me, where I will be studying Computer Science. If your college destination is something important to you, I definitely recommend working with Empowerly, although you need to be willing to put in the work, and I definitely recommend working with Quincy!

Quincy is a wonderful counselor that was able to read my daughter and her needs. She was reluctant to have help but she could not have done it without Quincy. He has just the right personality for her and was very responsive when we sent emails to him. I think Quincy is very professional but can and does lead his students to do a lot of critical preparation and thinking when making their college choice! Thank you!

As the first member of my family to apply to American Universities, Empowerly and my counselor Eileen Blum-Bourgade have played a tremendous role in helping me walk through the entire process. Eileen’s great amount of knowledge in college admissions gave me a new perspective in this process and she always made sure that I am on track. Empowerly’s services had also helped me land an internship and improve my writing.

Empowerly has a lot of useful resources on its portal, for internships, research oppurtunities, activities, and essays. Most of all, the counselor Empowerly matched me with, Shahrukh, has been great. He has a lot of knowledge of education/goals past college as well, which I feel is very important.

We only started a couple months back, so maybe it's a bit too early to say. Out of all counselor candidates, Ronnie is the obvious choice for us. He is always to the point when answering our questions and giving advices. He responses to my emails quickly, often within 24 hours. My son resisted the idea of college counselling at the beginning, but I think he had a good start with Ronnie.

The Empowerly RSP counseling sessions were very helpful in guiding me through the necessary steps for my research. Especially with the help of Raisa Alam, I was able to find various research topics that I am interested in. Overall, I felt that the one-on-one sessions were accommodating where I was able to talk freely about my interests, strengths, weaknesses, etc.

Ronnie has been so good with my daughter! Even we just started the process and at the end of the 11th grade, Ronnie has already met with us to ensure she is on track for AP exams, and summer plans! Our Empowerly counselor was invaluable in helping my senior put together a plan starting in Junior year that would make him competitive for the college application process, and keeping him on track his senior year regarding the college application process. Happy to say that my son got into Columbia as well as several very competitive colleges with (~10% admittance rates). I don't think my son would have been nearly as successful without the help of his Empowerly counselor.

Ronnie Medure is our son’s counselor and has been nothing short of a blessing. He has been a tremendous help compartmentalizing all the requirements we face going into the summer before our sons senior year, which is critical in building his resume/application for each college on his list of hoping to gain acceptance. More importantly, Ronnie has been fully transparent and has helped build Ethan’s confidence, providing a 24/7 support system to guide him (and us as parents) in the right direction.

My daughter’s counselor is Mr Ronnie Medure. We had one session with him so far and he has been really understanding! He tackled my daughter’s wave length really fast and my daughter can actually listen to someone and follow Mr Medure’s suggestions in a very positive way (which we parents usually cannot achieve that goal with teenagers). Though it was the first session, we are super confident that our experience with Mr Medure will be very positive! And we look forward to work with Mr Medure!

Elizabeth has been wonderful and highly professional. She seems to have a real grasp on how to navigate this highly competitive and complicated space of college admissions and she is always confident in knowing what to do and how exactly to do it. I am excited to begin working on applications with her and I believe she has helped and will help my admissions process greatly.

Nicole has been an amazing addition to my college application experience. She worked with my twin brother and I and listened, strategized, and helped both of us! Will definitely be keeping in touch.

Working with Huihong Hao was great. She was always very prepared for our meetings and gave me great feedback. With her help, I was able to get into three ivy leagues: Princeton, University of Pennsylvania, and Cornell.

My experience with Empowerly was great! They have a lot of helpful resources such as a bank of sample college essays for different colleges. They also have an amazing research team that is able to answer almost any question you have! For example, they can compile a list of scholarships or internships for you personally. My counselor, Yiyi Zhao, was hardworking and was able to go through essays for more than 17 colleges with me!

Shahrukh Malik was my counselor at this place and he has been a wonderful addition to my college application process. He was gone out of his way multiple times order to schedule meetings with me, and even though the application process is over he still wants me to stay in touch with him. He also seems like a friend rather than a counselor and has made my experience with Empowerly completely worth it.
