Hiplok just makes good products that work well. As well as purchasing the E-DX for my electric bike I also bought a few Z-Locks which are really useful for helmets, panniers, etc. Also given some away as gifts which are always well received. Happy at least it will keep the vermin away from my hard earned and loved bikes and accessories. 😁

Hiplock was quite helpful. The original package was not delivered by the post office, Hiplock contacted me on this and we did a remailing, which worked well.

Pointless, these holders won’t hold the weight of a bike unless they are setting on the floor. Customer service on returns is not helpful. Despite having photos of bikes being held off the ground they will not pay shipping back.

Give me alot of peace and mind knowing that this thing is hard to cut however it wasn't big enough to go around my fatbike tire but the frame was good enough

It's a great lock, certainly deters the thieves out there, I just wish that the lock was a bit more compatible to the chains that I bought from Hiplok to secure the frame and both tires, otherwise great lock that I will use until the end of its life

The item arrived on time. I would only suggest to make the look a bit larger for motorcycle to make it possible to lock around bigger poles. There wasn't any offer available to make it a bit more affordable.

Had a customer service issue. They took care of it right away.

We bought some at a camping/outdoors show recently and loved the product. We decided we should get more for rest of family. The ease of carrying and functionality won us over.

Very difficult to release the hip lock Jaw one handed (ie while holding bike with the other hand) due to the dual runners. Also, fixings, in particular the screws, provided were very poor. Screw heads rounded off very easily, disappointing at this price point.

knocked it out of the park. fits perfectly on the frame in front of the seat on a Zooz and doesn't budge while riding. Cheers!
