United States | 22 November 2022The lock is sturdy, heavy and I assume grind proof - however, it is a bit small - an extra inch of room would really help - I find it very difficult to lock both the bike and something study - needs to be longer.

United States | 19 November 2022Good product, key works smooth, happy to see 3 keys, concerned that key number is printed on key - guess I'll have to grind that off - somebody sees your keys and then orders a replacement in your name - not good. Need a longer version of the cut resistant - won't fit a scooter. No shipping updates until requested and frustrated with extremely slow shipping and tracking number was not correct.

United Kingdom | 19 November 2022So I bought the rather expensive Hiplock D1000 because I bought an ebike and I didn’t fancy losing it too quickly. Gosh it’s heavy but very solid and chunky looking. It’s also not as long as I would have liked which limits what size post you can lock it up. Actually I use 2 D Locks the other is alarmed. Ultimately you can’t stop a tea leaf if they really wanna nick your bike but at least you can hopefully make them work hard for it. Thankfully it’s not been put to the test. Anyway, enough digress, delivery took about 3 weeks. However they responded quickly to my enquiries and it was delivered when they said it would.

In another I messed up an order for a lock. In both cases Hiplok got back to me within 24 hours and fixed my mistakes. Great products and great customer service is a great combo.
