The lock is a great bit of kit but needs to be 1/2” wider and preferably 3” longer to adequately fit round the front wheel and fork leg of a larger motorcycle. I wanted to use it on my 2022 1050xt VStrom but won’t fit over the tyre… I will give it to my daughter for her smaller motorcycle. I would definitely buy a larger one if it was produced.

Perfect lock for my expensive bike.

I ordered my lock several months ago. I still haven’t received it Though I keep getting emails such as this saying the process is done. I was told the previous email was a mistake- but this again makes me worried and confused. Bad customer service

I was led to believe items were in stock, they were not. I was e-mailed my order was completed, it was not. I was given a delivery estimate, it was missed. As of this survey date I still have not received my order.

I haven't received the product I ordered, even though I got an email ~20 days ago saying it was inbound without any postal tracking information. I understand that it might have gotten lost in the mail, but I emailed their support email a week ago and haven't gotten a response. I understand that mistakes can happen and that this is a busy time of year, but I'm leaving this review in the hopes that I'll finally get an answer from someone on the status of my (expensive) order

I never got my order shipped

Recently purchased a D1000, very happy with the item. Really well made and obviously very strong. It hasn’t been tested by any would be bike thieves yet but I fully expect it to hold up. It is expensive but well worth it for the peace of mind you get, in my opinion. I also have the carry case. Again very well made and useful. The lock is quite heavy so it’s helpful attaching to your bike frame.

I ordered a Hiplok D1000 lock that was delivered as a package to Germany. There is nothing to complain about with the lock itself. It looks very high-quality and sturdy and therefore deters thieves sufficiently. However, there should have been a note in the order process that 75.97 Euro for import duties from the UK to the EU are due in addition to the purchase price of 250 Euro.

Delivery was very slow (probably due to demand) but would have appreciated being kept informed. Good solid piece of kit.

It’s been like a month and I haven’t got my damn order yet. They said it’d ship last week but I still haven’t even seen a “your orders been shipped” email

Excellent response to request to support after FAQ took me to wrong link. Managed to order what I needed and it arrived in a couple of days.

My hiplok dx that I bought from amazon says good secure instead of diamond and does not come with a clip, I bought the clip from the official store which I had to pay for the shipping ànd on of that a 9€ tax and the quality of the clip isn't even that good it feels very loose like it might fall off when moutainbiking.

Sent incorrect postcode when made my purchase, so item was sent back to Hiplok. After speaking and explaining to customer services they had my item have sent straight back out to me. Was handled very professionally.

Hiplock D1000 is a great and safe lock so I can store my bike outside my appartement. There was a small problem with the export price but Hiplock service responded and solved that smoothly.
