I purchased 2 x airloks for my pride and joys. Very sturdy and well built. Easy to install and took about 25 mins for each one. A perfect mix of safety and aesthetics!

I know I am in the United States, but it has been almost a month and still have not received my product. I want a refund.

Purchasing anything from Hiplok from within the EU cannot be recommended. After Brexit most countries will have an import tax charged before you receive your order. On top of that shipping companies will add a service charge, in my case appr. EUR 22. Hiplok does not show you any of these substantial costs when buying.

Great product, well packaged and arrived in perfect working order. A keyring gift was provided due to the extended lead time for shipping. Overall I recommend.

Unfortunately I had some recent bad luck with the locking pin on my AIRLOK. I was removing the locking pin from the wall bracket when it fell through the hole, key end first, onto the concrete which destroyed the key and rendered the lock useless. Fortunately, more than a year before I'd registered the lock/key on the Hiplok site and therefore qualified for a lifetime warranty replacement. I emailed the nice people at Hiplok who were quick to respond and confirmed that I could indeed have a replacement locking pin sent out. This was received within 2 business days. I'm extremely happy with the customer service at Hiplok and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a great business. Keep making excellent locks, Hiplok!

Just not a great experience overall... Had to get a replacement key as I only had one and it broke, for some reason you have to buy 4(!) if you want to get replacement keys. Ordered the keys and then they took over two months to come which is a really long time to not be able to use the lock. No updates at all as to why there was such a long delay (I think it said they would take a few weeks at the start)

The product is fantastic. But since making my purchase at full price, I have since been bombarded with e-mail voucher entitlements where I can purchase the product I have already purchased for 20% off. While perhaps intended to encourage repeat sales, all it’s done is make me regret and in fact feel ripped off for paying full price

Arrived on time. Fitting instructions were easy to follow. It looks like a really strong secure and reliable fitting to secure my bike to.

Great service and delivery, registration of the product is very easy. Hopefully will never be tested but looks like a great product.

So far, the ankr is great, although I am waiting to install after renos to our garage. I like it a lot. My complaint is with the shipping. I paid Hiplok for shipping, but wasn't aware that DHL would be involved. They are quite expensive. Another $20 Cdn plus the taxes etc. I would have liked the option of having it shipped by Royal Mail and Canada Post. It would likely take longer but better than being handled by DHL.

Good shopping experience, delivery took a little longer than anticipated, but it was an international order. The online shopping experience was a little confusing as shipping was only added afterward, so I thought the charge was going to be higher than originally expected, but then the higher shipping cost was removed afterwards, so I was pleased in the end.

Everything was good. At first I thought you forgot me and forgot to send the item that I ordered. But then one day it came. Your present was good and the reason for the positive review. The only thing that was bad and this not you fault was that because of Brexit I had to pay an additional 10€ for customs.
