Managed to lose one of my Z LOKS while bike touring . Ordered some new ones, and they were waiting for me when I got back. Really quick service and a great product, useful for securing panniers to bike or even locking wheel when nipping into shops. Showed to a few other bike tourists, think they'll be ordering some !

Ordered DX kit and having spoken to Kay on the phone, later I was contacted to confirm this was the correct item for my needs. Technical Dept advised I should be fine with the DX kit great attention to clients needs as better to check than just buy the wrong thing. Terrific service yet again. All worked well so far !

Quick delivery Great item

The small red plastic gizmo with thin metal wire with combo lock is lightweight and perfect for throwing on for short stops in a public place. My one quibble is that it is more finicky and toylike than I’d imagined, for 22 quid, or ten less then my mega chain lock, I expected something better made. Like the combo dial is small and difficult to set since the other dials move, ect, it took me several tries to learn how to get the metal knob end to stick into the socket, and then I am still not successful at changing the combo despite following instructions so it’s still at the preset, and I’ve yet to watch video instructions or call for advice.

Hiplok was great. Even though they are based overseas (England), they were extremely responsive, and from what I can tell even expedited shipping a little in order to deliver in time for my son's birthday. (Note to Hiplok: it arrived on his birthday EXACTLY!). Many thanks! More important -- great product, ingeniously designed, at a great value. Can't recommend them highly enough.

So glad that Hiplok makes replacement keys! My car was broken into and the thief stole a bag containing all of the keys I use in my life. I stupidly put all my Hiplok keys in that bag. So...I was so happy I had registered my Hiplok number and I just received my 4 new keys! Now I just keep one in my car, one in my backpack purse, and the other two at home.

Excellent service read speedy delivery the quality is brilliant bike and wheels are protected the car stayed clean plus wasn't scratched put the bike in and the pocket for your cloths is a superb idea worth the price tag

Everything was delivered safe and sound in a timely manner. The biggest surprise was the use our Z-Lock was put to. We were out riding in the Norfolk countryside when we came across a stranded touring cyclist. His pannier rack had come away from the back of the seat stays so his panniers were hanging off the back of the bike from the lower bolts at axle level. He was hungry and tired and miles from a campsite. I gave him our Z-Lock and a couple of keys and he was able to use it as a super strong cable-tie so that he could temporarily re-attach his panniers and be on his way. Warm glow all round!

Having experienced the ordeal of a Burglary, resulting in my E-Bike being stolen. I contacted Hiplok and was very quickly made aware that I was eligible for a brand new E-DX, through their Lock Replacement Scheme. It’s been a real pleasure in communicating with them ( huge thank you to Kay ). I now have a new E-DX as the old one sadly didn’t deter the thieves angle grinder. What lock would. That said it’s a great lock and more than enough to protect my bike whilst out and about. Really looking forward to the launch of the D1000 as this could well have prevented the initial theft. Besides gives me time to make greater security improvements at home. Again thank you Hiplok. Highly recommended

Very neat solution.

Had my Hiplok DX for 5 years and worked always fine. After heavy usage every day the lock stopped to recognise the key directly and I had to try many times until it opened. I wrote a mail to Hiplok and they sent me a new one immediately which is very nice!! My other hiploks work fine ever since I bought them. Good locks where you can see that someone put some thinking into a good solid product. Cheers Benoît
