Both Johnny and Sergio who supervised the staff that day were exceptional! I couldn’t leave my pets outside due to rain, but Sergio suggested I leave them inside and move them between rooms as needed. A HUGE relief! They were quiet, accommodating and did an excellent job! I’d recommend this service to anyone.

Comprehensive service to eliminate rodents and prevent their return

Kelvin and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned two attic areas, removed old insulation and installed new insulation. They sealed entry points in the attics and around the periphery of the house. They also cleaned and sealed a shed. They set traps in several areas to eliminate any lingering rodents.

Jelder was friendly and efficient. He found some rat droppings, cleaned them. Then he scouted for possible openings and it seems unlikely there are any. Jelder did smell what he thought a dead rat somewhere in the wall; I cannot smell it--and hope it decomposes before I do ;-)

Great experience. The crew of 4, led by Fredy, was incredibly thorough, pleasant, and efficient. They went over my home with a fine tooth comb, sealing up any areas of rodent ingress, cleaning and vacuuming and disinfecting every nook and cranny. Fredy explained what they had done, where the likely points of entry had been, showed me all the traps and explained how the follow-up would work. They even made a new cover for the crawl space, which had been falling apart. Haven't seen any evidence of mice since! A+++++++

Basilio with Alley Cat did great job at my house. They cleaned up all the rodent mess and disinfected the area and blocked all the holes to stop rodent movement in crawl space and attic. Traps were set up too.
